You can change which account you are connected to as many times as you wish.



HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CHANGE THE ACCOUNT I AM COPYING FROM?

This can be easily done by filling out one form on our site.  It takes about 2 minutes.



CAN I CHANGE THE ACCOUNT THAT I AM COPYING FROM MIDWEEK?

No, whichever account you chose prior to Saturday for the coming week is the one that it is linked to at market open and for the week.



CAN I TURN OFF THE TRADE SOFTWARE AT ANY TIME?

YES, literally just click one button in your open MT4 terminal and all trade copying into that account will immediately stop.



ARE YOUR FUNDS EVER AT RISK OF THEFT?

NO, NEVER.  Every FOREX broker has their own back office that you log into when you go to their site.  They have F2A security to ensure that only you are logging into the account.  At no time should you ever tell anyone your account name or password for logging into your broker account.  That is where you make withdrawals, deposits and transfer funds between accounts.  

Every FOREX broker also uses a platform called MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 (MT4 or MT5).  The MetaTrader platform is industry standard and it connects to your trading account.  On the MT4 (or MT5), is where trades are placed but you cannot deposit or withdraw funds via the MetaTrader platform.  You can only place trades with the funds in your account.

If you decide to host your MT4 account on your own VPS (Virtual Private Server) then you merely connect your account to our software by installing an Expert Advisor (EA) on your trading terminal.  This is quick and easy.

If you decide to have us host your MT4 account on our VPS then you will have to give us the account number and password for the MT4 for us to install the trade copying software.  AT NO TIME DOES FREEDOM4X HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR BROKER BACKOFFICE WITH TRANSFERS OR WITHDRAWALS ARE DONE.



HOW LONG HAVE WE BEEN USING OUR CURRENT BROKER AND WHY DO WE RECOMMEND THEM?

We have been using them for about 4 years (mid 2018) and have never had a problem with withdrawals or broker manipulation.  They also consistently have better spreads and lower commissions then the 15 other brokers we have tested.



CAN I USE THIS TRADE COPYING PLATFORM FROM ANY COUNTRY?

Yes, as long as you can create a FOREX account our platform will work for you.



ARE THE GAINS THAT I MAKE IN MY ACCOUNT TAXABLE?

This depends on your country.  We suggest speaking with an accountant about it.  We do not report who makes income with us or in any way track what your returns have been.  There is never a breadcrumb or paper trail left with us but be sure to not get yourself in hot water if you must be reporting them.

For almost five years (beginning of 2018).



IS THIS GUARANTEED INCOME?

No, it is not.  Investing in any form carries risks.  FOREX offers far higher returns but also involves risk.  



HOW CAN I REDUCE MY RISK?

Our copying software allows you to choose a certain percent of your account that you are willing to put at risk.  So if that week the market goes in the opposite direction of all of our trades then when your predetermined drawdown gets hit the software will turn itself off.  As well, if you wish, you can also have the software set to close out all trades at the same time.



CAN FREEDOM4X ACCOUNTS BE CONNECTED TO A PROP FIRM TRADING ACCOUNT?

Yes ofcourse!  You will need a freedom4X PRO subscription.

1) PRO subscribers have access to additional low-drawdown accounts to copy from.  These accounts use strategies targeting props that allow for a max of 4% drawdown (as most props allow a max daily drawdown of 5%).  The goal of most of our prop accounts is 2-5% a week while maintaining a max of 2-3% dd.

2) Our PREMIUM level subscriptions use an EA that duplicates our trades into your account including comments autogenerated by our bots in every trade.  Most props do not allow trade copying.  Our PRO level subscriptions use an entirely different copier that is API based.  This means that your MT4 does not need to be open for the trades to be copied into it.  As well, the copier leaves zero digital footprint.  No comments and nothing in the logs.  Every trade opened, closed, or modified looks as if they were placed manually.  We developed this software in-house specifically for this purpose.  To offer a service to professional traders who want to run their prop firm accounts on autopilot.



CAN I USE FREEDOM4X TO PASS CHALLENGES FOR A PROP FIRM?

YES 100%!  We have a number of clients that do exactly that at a number of prop firms.  You will want to use our API copier and to use one of the PRO level accounts to copy from.  Both are included in your PRO subscription but are not available to PREMIUM subscribers.

DOES THIS COPIER WORK WITH MT4, MT5, or CTRADER?

Our copiers work equally well with either MT4 or MT5.  CTrader is not supported.



IS THERE A MINIMUM BALANCE THAT I MUST HAVE IN MY ACCOUNT TO COPY TRADES ACCURATELY?

The minimum we suggest for your account is $1,000USD.  You can run any amount but due to the fact that the smallest position we can open in your account is 0.01 lots, it means that if you run that on an account with a balance of $500, it will essentially place the trade at twice the lot size as the 0.01 lot cannot be split in half.  Some of our strategies require a higher balance to further reduce your risk and the minimum balance suggested for each strategy is explained in the MEMBERS section.  We highly suggest following this guideline.



WHAT LEVERAGE SHOULD I USE IN MY FOREX ACCOUNT FOR ACCURATE COPYING?

All of our accounts, unless noted otherwise, use 1:500 leverage.  We highly suggest you use the same in your account for accurately copying our trades.



CAN I PLACE A LIMIT ON THE DRAWDOWN AND WHAT HAPPENS IF THAT DRAWDOWN IS HIT?

Yes, our copy software has this function.  You can decide whether the copier will stop copying at whatever drawdown you have entered and/or also close out all open trades if triggered.
